The MC falls in love with the guy who beats on him and forces himself onto him, ML blames it, that's right he blames it, on his "mental disability to feel emotions" (the ML has expressed 0 interest in seeking help and genuinely preferred to feel nothing) he even admits  in a thought bubble he said this to get pity points from the mc. The MC has already given up on "avenging" a friend by chapter 40 or so. The ML doesn't even have a redemption arc he just keeps doing sh** until the mc gets stabbed by a stalker and now he "realized his feelings.
