It appeared to be an alien named Jako. Jako's spaceship is broken so he has to stay there until it is fixed. He says he as come to Earth to learn of it's ways. And Oomori doesn't like people but decided to help him.

Dr Kim works at the Korean equivalent of NASA. He has talent, brains and is unparalleled with his programming skills.One day, he hacks into the Mars Rover and catches the glimpse of an alien. Unfortunately, the device wasn't recording at the time and so he has no proof and clearly no one believes him. And as fate may have it, that alien has come to Earth believing she had been caught on video and wanting nothing more than delete that proof before her boss finds out.Misunderstandings ensue as the two characters meet and are forced to work together as a new group of aliens start stirring trouble on Earth.

In the year 2038. A police state, scheming politicians, religios sects, revolutionaries and a secret scientific project all combine to produce an explosive mixture in Neo-Tokyo. The rival groups all have their eyes on one prize: control of Akira, a boy of such destructive psychic ability that he has been held in cryo-stasis for over 30 years. A coup is planned, but there is a wild card in play: the psychic Tetsuo, an impetuous young biker who releases Akira and so forces all of the groups to make their move.
